NCCA Accreditation

The Certified Disability Management Specialist (CDMS) certification program is fully accredited by the National Commission for Certifying Agencies (NCCA) and is the only independent and nationally accredited program that certifies disability management specialists. The CDMS certification program has been accredited since 1999.

NCCA is the accrediting body of the Institute for Credentialing Excellence (ICE). NCCA was created in 1987 to ensure the health, welfare, and safety of the public through the accreditation of certification programs and/or organizations that assess professional competence. Once accredited, ongoing compliance is monitored through an annual reporting cycle and reaccreditation every 5 years.
