An Important Update from Prometric

With Microsoft ending support of the Windows 7 operating system, Prometric will no longer support its use within the ProProctor remote assessment platform. Test-takers will now be required to use Windows 8 operating system or a more recent version. To make sure test takers are informed of this change, Prometric has updated their candidate-facing materials and communications to reflect the new system requirements, including:

The ProProctor user guide, which provides step-by-step instructions for candidates to make sure they meet all system requirements; and the ProProctor Candidate FAQ page on Prometric.com.

Prometric has resources available to address candidate issues and ensure that they provide a seamless candidate experience.
