The CDMS Commission is comprised of 11 to 15 Commissioners with diverse professional and geographic backgrounds who are actively engaged in the practice of integrated disability and absence management. They work for large employers, consulting firms, insurance companies, independent disability management firms, or colleges and universities. At least one Commissioner is a public member who is not directly affiliated with the field of practice.
Commissioners are responsible for the well-being and future of the CDMS Commission. They are elected annually and serve one three-year term.
